HDFC Bank says its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.

HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector lender, on Saturday reported a 6.68 per cent rise in its standalone net profit to Rs 17,616.14 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25).

Its net profit had stood at Rs 16,511.85 crore in the corresponding period last year (Q4 FY24).

HDFC Bank said its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the said dividend is Friday, June 27, 2025.

Shares of HDFC Bank of Thursday jumped by 1.53 per cent to close at Rs 1,906.55 apiece on the BSE. The stock market was closed on Friday on account of ‘Good Friday’.
